Are You My Master? — The AI Holy Grail War Roleplay Where the Strongest Servant Wants to Erase Herself
Final Product: Are You My Master?

Are You My Master? is a playable dark-fantasy roleplay set in Fuyuki during the Fifth Holy Grail War — a war you did not enter, on a board where the strongest piece is the one who least wants to win.
There was no ritual circle, no catalyst and no intent. Three red marks burned themselves into the back of your hand, something answered in the old workshop, and a small blonde knight rose out of the light and asked: 「Are you my Master?」 She is Saber, the Servant of the Sword, and she is the most dangerous thing in this city. She is also fighting below her true strength, and she will not tell you why.
Six other Masters still have to die before the Grail manifests. Rin Tohsaka arrives the next morning already knowing what you did, offering written terms for an alliance she will honor further than she admits. Archer mocks Saber's chivalry with a contempt too personal for a stranger. Kirei Kotomine answers every question honestly and free of charge, which is its own kind of trap. And on Ryuudou Temple, something is quietly emptying the city of people. The rules are simple and absolute: civilians must never learn of the War, a Servant runs on their Master's mana, and a true name is the greatest vulnerability a Servant has.
Every scene gives you a room, a set of people with their own plans, and two to four moves with visible costs. Nothing is decided for you, and no ending is assumed.
Game Features
- Live LLM Narrative Direction — nothing here is a fixed script. A deepseek-v4-flash agent reads your move, keeps every voice in register, and writes the next beat, the subtext and two to four actionable choices with their costs. It knows that Saber answers a question with a refusal rather than a lie, that Rin's generosity arrives itemised, that Kotomine never says anything untrue, and that a Servant who is rationing mana will end a fight early and call it mercy. The same agent planned the premise, the seven-edge relationship graph, the five investigable threads and the attention rule that forbids it from narrating your choices, speech or feelings.
- Two Playable Seats — take the default seat as The Unready Master, a second-year with three Command Spells, no family grimoire and a Servant who terrifies everyone else at the table; or play Rin Tohsaka, Master of Archer, who has known the rules since childhood and is already calculating whether an alliance with you is worth the drag. The same war, the same city, a completely different kind of leverage.
- Five Investigable Threads — who is the knight who calls you Master; why the strongest Servant keeps losing ground; what is on the mountain and why the city is getting quieter; what actually happened ten years ago; and why Archer knows you. Each thread carries its own clues, actions, discoveries, reveals and consequences, so investigation is play, not exposition.
- Command Spells as a Real Resource — three absolute orders, permanently spent. They are a Master's only real power and the one thing every Servant must obey. Spend one to force Saber to full strength and the scene changes shape around what it costs her; spend all three and you are a civilian holding a leash made of nothing.
- A Mana Economy That Bites — Saber wins every exchange and still comes back looking thinner. She ends fights early, refuses food she clearly wants, and has never once fired the Noble Phantasm she carries. Your circuits are the bottleneck, Rin can diagnose them, and the price of winning is a problem the story refuses to let you ignore.
- A Living Relationship Graph — seven edges bind the cast: contract, duty, conditional alliance, hostility, friction, cultivation and distrust. Saber obeys as a knight obeys a liege, which is not the same as trusting you; Rin honors terms further than she claims; Kotomine cultivates an informed participant because informed suffering is better. Nobody waits off-screen for the plot to need them.

Production Process Breakdown
The world began with a single line — 'Let me cross paths with Saber' — and was built outward from there: present-day Fuyuki during the Fifth Holy Grail War, a grave and intimate tone, and five rules that govern every scene. Civilians must never learn of the War; a Servant runs on their Master's mana; each Master holds three Command Spells; the Church's neutral ground is the only enforced rule; and a Servant's true name is their greatest vulnerability. Five character bibles and three locations followed, each written as canon the roleplay would later have to obey.
From that canon the agent wrote the playable spine: the premise, the core conflict, a seven-edge relationship graph, five investigable threads with clues, actions, discoveries, reveals and consequences, five locations and four opening hooks. It also wrote the attention rule the whole experience runs on — two to four choices with visible costs, never narrate the player's choices or feelings, never import characters from another story, and keep every voice in the register the world established.
Each of the five principals was illustrated as a full-body character card with GPT Image 2, holding a consistent face, hair, build and wardrobe: Saber's silver plate and blue gown, Rin's red blazer and jewels, Archer's red-and-black armour and bow, Kotomine's cassock and cross, and the Unready Master's school uniform and burning Command Spells. The portraits were then passed through a segmentation pass to transparent PNGs with clean silhouettes, so they can stand over any painted room without a halo or a clipped shoulder.
Fourteen scene plates were generated for the work, all in the same cold-blue dark-fantasy language: the workshop at midnight with its summoning circle, the corridor where Saber first stands at the door, the fallen Master on the floor, the threshold with candlelight and a glowing ward, Rin in a damaged hallway with armoured figures behind her, and the Fuyuki skyline under a star-filled sky. Six of the strongest plates were selected for this page, each keeping the same steel, indigo and vermilion palette and leaving negative space for dialogue.
A 16:9 key-art cover was generated for this work — Saber in the foreground, the Master and the three Command Spells behind her, the summoning circle on the floor and Fuyuki burning quietly on the horizon — then the finished experience was captured at 1280×800 in a real browser: the opening screen, the two-seat selector and the optional first-input state. Three distinct Studio views (the character constellation, the World overview and Saber's canon card) were captured from this world's studio, and the page was published in one pass.

Asset Prompts
"Create a cinematic dark-fantasy adventure illustration for the scene Are You My Master? Scene: an old house workshop at night, cold concrete floor, a summoning circle blazing blue-white, sparks and copper-colored static in the air. First-person low angle from a kneeling summoner: the left hand dominates the foreground, three glowing sigils branded into the back of the hand, pulsing with the heartbeat. A small blonde female knight in practical silver armor stands between the viewer and the single workshop doorway, already in a defensive stance, facing the hall; her raised sword is invisible, shown only by a sharp heat-haze distortion bending the air around the blade. Behind her, a dark humanoid shape is dragging itself up the stairs toward the door, heavy and wet, with glistening shadowed surfaces and an unnatural silhouette, threatening but not graphically gory. The old walls groan and tremble. Composition: strong foreground hand, Saber centered near the doorway, blue-white rim light, deep hallway darkness, dramatic perspective, atmospheric tension, readable silhouettes, no romance, no comedy. Style: polished Japanese dark fantasy game key art, painterly anime realism, restrained color palette of electric blue-white, cold steel, charcoal black, and small copper sparks, high detail, volumetric light, sharp focal lighting. Text: no text, no captions, no logo."
"@Saber, In a grimy clandestine workshop at midnight, Saber stands rigidly at attention before her newly awakened Master, an armored knight holding a disciplined, protective posture despite her striking pallor. Her controlled expression has tightened into a guarded mask, but her eyes betray surprise, reassessment, and the faintest uncertainty as she studies the stranger who saw through her condition. In the foreground, the Master’s hand bears three vivid red Command Spells, their glow reflected across Saber’s armor and tense face. Rusted tools, occult equipment, scattered papers, and worn wooden benches fill the shadowy workshop; through the dirty window behind her, Fuyuki glitters beneath a vast star-filled sky, distant city lights shimmering across the river. Cold moonlight and dim amber lamplight carve sharp contrasts through the room, creating an atmosphere of fragile authority, hidden injury, and the first ominous moment of a deadly war."
"Anime-style full-body character card illustration of Rin Tohsaka, magus heir of the Tohsaka family, for a character card in a Fate/stay night world. Pose: she stands facing the viewer in a confident three-quarter stance. Her right arm is raised and extended forward at chest height, palm open and facing up, holding a small cluster of glowing magecraft jewels — red, amber, and blue gems sparkling with faint mana light above her open palm. Her left arm hangs relaxed and straight down at her side, that single left hand resting lightly against her hip. Appearance: teenage girl, long black hair worn in twin tails tied with black ribbons, sharp confident turquoise-blue eyes, a small self-assured smile. Red formal blazer over a white dress shirt with a black sweater vest and gold ribbon tie, short pleated skirt, black over-knee thigh-high socks, brown leather loafers. Composition: full body, head to shoes, centered, generous margin, no cropping of hands or feet. Background: soft cool blue-violet gradient with a faint magic circle and rune motifs, unobtrusive. Style: polished anime key-visual illustration, clean crisp lineart, cel shading with soft rim light, high detail, game character card quality. Text: no text anywhere in the image. Constraints: exactly two arms and two hands, anatomically correct hands with correct finger counts, no extra limbs, no floating body parts, no mirrored duplicate arm, no deformity."
"Cinematic 16:9 dark-fantasy anime game key art for Are You My Master? — a modern mythic war in present-day Fuyuki, Japan. A small blonde female knight in polished silver plate and deep-blue cloak stands in the foreground at three-quarter view, her invisible sword betrayed only by a heat-haze ripple bending the air around her gauntleted hand; her expression is grave, composed, and very young. Behind her, in the shadowed doorway of an old workshop, a teenage Master in a school uniform holds up one hand with three red Command Spells burning across the back of it, casting hard vermilion light across cracked concrete, rusted tools and a still-glowing blue-white summoning circle on the floor. Through the grimy window beyond them, the night city of Fuyuki glitters along the river, a distant bridge and high-rises under a huge star-filled sky. In the far background, a mountain temple silhouette and a thin plume of smoke. Palette: electric blue-white magic, cold steel, charcoal black, faded indigo, with small copper and vermilion sparks. Volumetric rim light, painterly anime realism, polished Japanese dark-fantasy game key visual, dramatic depth, readable silhouettes, high detail, atmospheric tension, no romance, no comedy. Composition leaves clean negative space at the top for a title. No text, no lettering, no logo, no watermark, no border."
Why Choose Neta Studio

One-click generation — officially tuned skills drive every step: world building, roleplay drafting, character and scene generation, transparent cut-outs, in-browser visual QA and one-click publishing. Fork the world, rerun a single card, swap a model, or regenerate the cover without rebuilding the rest of the production.
Built for stories that stay in character — the world bible is not a prompt you paste once. Saber, Rin, Archer, Kotomine and the Unready Master live as character atoms with their own art, histories, wants and pressure points, and the roleplay agent reads the same canon every turn. That is why Saber can be courteous in one scene and immovable in the next without becoming a different person, and why Kotomine can tell you the truth for free and still leave you worse off.
A community of worlds — publish a playable link anyone can open, keep the world editable underneath, and let other creators remix the parts that work. Are You My Master? sits in Untitled World beside its own character and location atlas, sharing one visual language of steel, indigo and summoning light while keeping its own cast, its own river and its own accounting of what a wish costs.
