Watch HARRY — Subject Motion, a 5-second AI character-animation plate from One Piece — The Grand Line Atlas. A visiting wand-bearer holds a mid-cast pose while spark-light, scarf and breath move, rendered with Seedance 2.0 Fast from one approved plate. Fixed camera, card-ready 834 × 1112 file, transparent sprite and 16:9 cover included.

Final Video: HARRY — Subject Motion

One stance. Five seconds. The camera never moves — and the frame still breathes.

HARRY — Subject Motion is a fixed-camera character plate for One Piece — The Grand Line Atlas: a visiting wand-bearer caught mid-cast at the edge of the chart, his spark flaring while scarf, coat and breath carry the motion.

The Atlas keeps one shelf for outsiders — figures who arrive from beyond the Calm Belt carrying a power the sea has never classified. HARRY is one of them: a guest card in the world's collectible set, built to sit beside the canon roster without pretending to be canon.

Built as a card-ready layer, the clip is deliberately locked: same pose, same scale, same flat light-grey field. That discipline lets the plate drop over any background — a storm-lit sea cliff, a forest at dusk, a bounty poster — without a single seam.

The Video

834 × 1112 · 5.04 s · 24 fps · 121 frames — image-to-video from the approved subject plate, rendered with Seedance 2.0 Fast.

The native portrait crop is kept intact: tall enough for a collectible card, a phone screen or a vertical story slot without re-framing the figure.

How It Was Made

Production Process Breakdown

Stage 1: World & Style Lock
The plate was built inside One Piece — The Grand Line Atlas, a world bible holding the pirate age at full dramatic scale: 50 characters, 50 places, 41 factions, 81 lore entries and 37 events. One rule governs every asset — the OP-01 Modern Grand Adventure Painterly look: bold silhouettes, dynamic sea-light, clean anime heritage, rich material rendering and epic scale. No retro cel look, no flat poster collage, no live-action imitation.
Stage 2: Subject Plategpt-image-2
The figure was defined before any motion was attempted. A young wand-bearer in a dark school robe and a red-and-gold scarf, round glasses catching the light, wand arm raised mid-spell, a bright spark blooming above his fist, caught in a full-body dynamic stance. Critically, he was generated isolated on a plain flat light-grey field — no scenery, no border, no text — so the silhouette could later be cut out and layered.
Stage 3: Background Plategpt-image-2
A second, independent plate established the companion world: the Forbidden Forest at dusk, tall black pines, drifting lantern-moths and mist pooling low between the roots. It was deliberately composed with wide open space in the centre — a stage waiting for the figure, not a finished illustration.
Stage 4: Two-Pass Motionseedance-2-0-fast
Motion was produced in two passes from the same card concept. First the forest became its own loop: mist crawling between roots, lantern-moths pulsing, pines swaying. Then the subject plate was animated separately under a strictly fixed camera — spark crackle, scarf and robe in the wind, breath, a shift of footing — so each layer keeps its own loop length and can be re-timed, blurred or replaced without re-rendering the other.
Stage 5: Iteration & Cross-Model Checkseedance-2-0-fastkling-image-to-video
Two encodes of the subject pass exist: the delivery MP4 embedded on this page and an alternate render generated in the same session. Both were reviewed frame by frame for pose drift and spark timing, and the cleaner pass was kept. Sibling cards in the same set were also cross-checked against Kling Image-to-Video; HARRY stayed on the Seedance pass because it held the stance and scarf physics more cleanly.
Stage 6: Cutout, Frames & Publishbirefnet-general
The approved subject plate was cut out with BiRefNet into a 629 × 1016 transparent PNG, preserving the coat edge, scarf fringe, glasses and boots against full transparency. Poster, reference frames and the 16:9 cover were pulled from the finished set, and the whole package — video, sprite, frames, cover and studio views — publishes to permanent CDN links ready for a card layout.

Generation Prompt

"Fixed camera, absolutely no camera movement, no zoom, no crop change. The character keeps exactly the same pose, position and scale. The spark at the wand crackles and flares, the robe and scarf move in the wind, he breathes and shifts his footing. Same plain flat light-grey background, same framing, same lighting, same composition. Cinematic painterly, no text, no watermark"

Model: Seedance 2.0 Fast — image-to-video from the approved subject plate, single pass, 5.04 s @ 834 × 1112, 24 fps, fixed frame.

Note what the prompt forbids: no camera movement, no zoom, no crop change, no pose drift, no new lighting, no text, no watermark. The restraint is what makes the plate usable — a living layer, not a mini-film.

Asset Prompts

Subject Plate — the animation sourcegpt-image-2
"A young wizard student in a dark school robe with a red-and-gold scarf, wand arm raised mid-spell casting a bright spark, round glasses catching the light, full body dynamic stance, isolated on a plain flat light-grey background, painterly digital illustration, dramatic rim light, no text, no watermark, no border"
Background Plate — the companion forest worldgpt-image-2
"The Forbidden Forest at dusk, tall black pines, drifting lantern-moths, mist pooling low between roots, wide open space in the centre for a foreground subject, painterly digital illustration, dramatic atmospheric light, visible brushwork, no characters, no people, no text, no watermark"
Companion Loop — the background motion passseedance-2-0-fast
"Fixed camera, no camera movement. Mist rolls low between the roots, the lantern-moths drift and pulse, the tall pines sway in the wind. Cinematic painterly storm, no text, no watermark"
16:9 Cover — the Grand Line key artgpt-image-2
"16:9 cinematic key art for an AI character-animation card from One Piece — The Grand Line Atlas. OP-01 Modern Grand Adventure Painterly style: a young wandering duelist with messy black hair, round spectacles, a long dark travel coat and a crimson-and-gold scarf, caught mid-spell on a storm-wracked sea cliff above the Grand Line. He raises a slender wand and a burst of gold-white spark-light blooms above his fist; a colossal wave breaks behind him, rain slants through indigo storm clouds, a distant pirate galleon rides the swell. Bold silhouette, dynamic sea-light, clean anime heritage, rich material rendering, graphic readability, epic scale, painterly digital illustration, visible brushwork, dramatic rim light. No text, no logo, no watermark, no border."
Transparent Sprite — the reusable cutoutbirefnet-general
The approved subject plate is passed through BiRefNet to produce a clean RGBA cutout: coat edges, scarf fringe, glasses, hands and boots survive against full transparency, while the flat light-grey field is removed. The result is a production-ready sprite for card compositing, stickers and store art.

Why Choose Neta Studio

One world, every asset. The Grand Line Atlas is a full creator-facing bible: 50 characters, 50 places, 41 factions, 81 lore entries and 37 events, all drawn in a single OP-01 painterly style. A character plate made here already belongs to the same visual universe as the locations, factions and events around it.

Models that hold a frame. GPT Image 2 builds the subject and the 16:9 key art; Seedance 2.0 Fast turns one still into five seconds of controlled motion; BiRefNet returns a clean alpha cutout. Each model does one job, and the hand-off is lossless.

From prompt to publishable plate. You do not need a 3D pipeline, a rig or a compositor. Write the character, approve one plate, choose a motion pass, and the same session produces the MP4, the poster, the sprite and the store-ready cover.
