Kamisama Kiss — Interactive Visual Novel
Nanami becomes a shrine deity overnight, inheriting a fox familiar who despises her. A supernatural romance about found family, divine responsibility, and love that transcends centuries.
Kamisama Kiss — The Girl Who Became a God
Nanami Momozono's father has disappeared, leaving behind nothing but gambling debts and an eviction notice. She is seventeen, homeless, and alone in a park when she meets a strange man fleeing from a dog. She saves him without thinking. He thanks her by kissing her forehead and saying, "My home is yours now."
The address leads to a shrine. The shrine comes with a fox familiar named Tomoe, who is beautiful, ancient, and absolutely furious that his new master is a teenage girl who does not know the first thing about being a deity. Also, she now has divine powers she cannot control, spirit-world responsibilities she never asked for, and a growing suspicion that the man in the park was not just some random stranger.
About This Experience
Kamisama Kiss is a supernatural romance that understands something fundamental about love: it is not about finding someone perfect. It is about finding someone who sees your flaws — your fear, your inadequacy, your complete inability to be a proper god — and chooses you anyway.
Tomoe has served the shrine for centuries. He has seen deities rise and fall. And he has never, in all that time, met anyone like Nanami — who treats him not as a servant but as a person, who apologizes when she makes mistakes, who cries when things go wrong and laughs when they go right, who makes the cold, ancient shrine feel like something that could be called home.
Game Features
• Deity-in-Training System — Learn to use Nanami's divine powers: creating talismans, opening portals to the spirit world, communing with other gods. Your growing competence directly affects how the spirit world treats you — and how Tomoe's grudging respect slowly transforms.
• Spirit World Politics — The supernatural realm has its own hierarchy, and a new land god attracts attention. Meet other deities, negotiate with yokai, and navigate a world where power is measured in centuries.
• Romance Across Worlds — The slowest of slow burns. Tomoe's walls did not build themselves overnight, and they will not fall quickly. Every moment of vulnerability between him and Nanami is earned through trust, through time, and through the quiet understanding that they are both, in their own ways, completely alone — except when they are together.
