Bloodborne is a gothic horror world centered on Yharnam, a decaying city once famed for miraculous blood ministration that could cure any ailment. That same blood became a curse: citizens transform into beasts, the Healing Church hides cosmic blasphemies, and Hunters stalk the endless night. Beneath the plague lies a deeper truth—Great Ones, eldritch beings of nightmare and insight, whose contact with humanity has warped blood, dreams, and reality itself. The player awakens as a Hunter bound to the Hunter's Dream, gathering Blood Echoes and Insight while unraveling the city's secrets across streets, cathedrals, and nightmare realms.
The night of the hunt has fallen over Yharnam. Blood-drunk streets twist beneath a pale moon, and the line between man and beast dissolves in the stench of incense and ash. Seek Paleblood. Transcend the hunt. Or become the nightmare.
核心冲突
Yharnam's salvation-through-blood is also its damnation: the Old Blood that empowers Hunters and heals the sick invites the beastly scourge and draws the gaze of the Great Ones. Hunters must decide whether to end the night, free Gehrman from the Dream, or usurp the Moon Presence and perpetuate a cosmic cycle of blood and nightmare.
