No. You build the character and share the roleplay as a link you paste into a channel. There is no bot to invite and nothing to grant.

Do I need to host anything or write code?

No. Describe the character in a sentence; the card, the portrait and the opening scene are built for you.

Can I use a character that already exists in my world?

Yes. Pick the card you already have, and the roleplay is written around that name, look and history.

What does the character actually remember?

The scenes you play and what you tell them. A journal pass runs in the background and is carried into the next conversation.

How long does one character take?

A few minutes for the card, the portrait and the opening scene. Longer only if you want a whole cast.

Can one character carry several stories?

Yes. The card is separate from the roleplay, so the same character can hold several scenes.

Can I rewrite the opening if it lands wrong?

Yes. The opening is one scene, not the whole game. Rewrite it and leave the rest alone.
