Who Is Boa Sandersonia?
Boa Sandersonia is one of the three Gorgon Sisters of Amazon Lily and a member of the Kuja Pirates. She debuted in chapter 516 and is 453 cm tall — the height is the first thing anyone notices and the least interesting thing about her. She is a snake-type Devil Fruit user, a former slave of the Celestial Dragons, and one of the two sisters who stand behind Boa Hancock.

The Fruit

Proud and protective. The Gorgon Sisters rule Amazon Lily as a unit, and Sandersonia's role is the enforcer who stands at Hancock's shoulder and takes the fights that need weight rather than grace. Under the pride is the thing the island does not talk about: the brand they carry from Mary Geoise, and the reason the three of them came back the way they did.
The Story
Sandersonia's arc is the Amazon Lily arc, and its most important scene is not a fight. When the brand on her back is exposed, the island's entire founding myth — that the Gorgon Sisters are untouchable — collapses in front of everyone, and Hancock's authority survives only because Luffy covers for them.
That is the character's real function: she is the evidence. Everything Amazon Lily believes about its rulers is contradicted by what is on her skin.
Relationships
Boa Hancock is the sister she follows and the ruler she protects. Boa Marigold is the other half of the trio. The Celestial Dragons are not present in the arc and are the reason for all of it.
