What do I actually get?

No. Describe the community, the cast and what the badges are for. If you already have a reference you love you can attach it, but the written brief is enough.

How many badges come in a set?

Eight by default. Ask for six for a small crew or twelve for a full season, and say which one should lead the set.

How do I keep two sets in the same style?

Reuse the sentence that worked: same rim, same palette, same line weight. Run it in the same world and the new set sits next to the old one instead of fighting it.

Can I add a trade card to go with the pins?

Yes. Ask for the badge set and a card back in the same message — front art, a stat line and a border in the same palette.
