What it does

Generates 2D sprite sheets, transparent PNG frames and animated GIFs from a prompt, plus layered maps and prop packs — sized and anchored for a game engine.

The process

1. The character is fixed once: proportions, silhouette and palette.
2. Frames are laid onto a fixed grid with a shared anchor per row, and layout guides are emitted with the sheet.
3. Each facing is drawn with identical palette and light direction so the cycle reads as one character turning.
4. Frames are cut to real alpha with the canvas preserved — no crop — and the eyes and pale highlights are checked to have survived.
5. The sheet, the transparent frames, an animated GIF preview and the layout guides ship together.

What you can check on any example

Open a piece and scrub the frames, toggle the grid to slice the sheet, move the frame box, and play the cycle. That grid is the same cut an engine will use.
