What it does

Turns a product into a personified mascot mark: one dominant silhouette built from four to seven large rounded shapes, exactly two character colours, and exactly one solid background. The character emerges from a lower corner at 85–95% of the canvas and must stay readable at 32 × 32.

The process

1. It reads the product context — README, docs, package metadata, landing copy — and only asks questions if the product, audience and personality cannot be inferred.
2. It proposes three directions, each tied to a different product promise.
3. It proposes a batch of six candidates, two independent variants per direction, split lower-left and lower-right.

Constraints it holds itself to
